Governor George Pataki will address the guests at the President's Dinner on November 11th in honor of Bill Bace, publisher of REVIEW magazine. Although he cannot attend personally, the Governor's words will be read by the President of the WAH Center, Terrance Lindall. The Governor will make the following statement:
November 11, 1998
Dear Friends,
It is a pleasure to send greetings to the members and guests of the Williamsburg Art & Historical Center's President's Club as they host a dinner in honor of Bill Bace.
Since its premier in April 1996, Bill Bace's REVIEW has provided a valuable source of art criticism and discussion, and has earned the respect of the arts community. As the creator, publisher and editor of the magazine, Bill Bace has been instrumental in defining and shaping REVIEW. In less than three years, the magazine has become a vital resource within the arts community, respected by readers, critics, writers, and all who enjoy the arts. The commitment and integrity he puts into every issue can be clearly seen as a reflection of his love for the arts.
I join the President's Club in paying tribute to the vision and efforts of Bill Bace, and extend best wishes to him for the continued success of REVIEW.
I also would like to commend the Williamsburg Art & Historical Center for its efforts to promote cultural and artist talents. The arts community is truly fortunate to have supporters such as the Williamsburg Center and Bill Bace.
Best Wishes to all for an enjoyable evening.
Very Truly Yours,
George E. Pataki
